Smiles .
A month ago i had an opportunity to visit a school where about 20 -25 kids been meeting under a roof ,located outside the city,i went along Neelima(cousin sister). She is blessed with immense strength ,courage, wisdom, authenticity , fruitful life . She is a women of faith and action,to see her living out committed, passionate life for God is utterly wonderful.
It was such a privilaged to be there, brilliant kids, with rich talents.
I have found somthing common in us,we all breath the same air, despite of all the other differences.
Now i understand whatever i have been reding in my Public health books all exist in our society, they need attention , hygiene, awareness, medical attention, love, care and all that which will shape there future.
Shelf tag like underprivileged, deprived, malnourished, such distorted images should be demolished from our nation.I want to be a better person today with this time that God has given me to do my best,so that i can sow something in there life.
Listen to there stories, they have something to tell you.
Then early this month i had an another opportunity to visit a medical clinic run for refugees in the city, soul experience , I've been living in Delhi for almost 20 years and more, and i have never been encountered to a place like this , talking to my friends who are also doctors, told me about there vision, and if only we have people who are willing to help there is so much to do,so much to cure and heal.
Also latter had a wonder full chance to help those people with medical skills ,just noticing there humble, faded ,wrinkled silent facial expression,i am learning how culture, speech ,anything is not a barrier to help, just watch them ,and you will see the need.......
Today i am in a position where i dont wana put any blame on the shoulder of govt, society, people, nor be a spectator, nor a critic ,its my personal choice if i want to be an antagonist to such a living, and sow something beautiful in precious designed life. However what i can do to help them despite of not heavy resource, but with a spirit of faith,Faith always means risk. Everything in life is a risk. Ecclesiastes 10:8 says, “When you work in a quarry, stones might fall and crush you! When you chop wood, there is danger with each stroke of your ax! Such are the risks of life” (NLT). There’s nothing we can do that doesn’t have some element of risk in it.
But the greatest risk of all is how we relate to other people and how we relate to God – the risk to do something about those relationships. Mark 12:30 says, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength” (NLT). You take a risk when you love with all your heart. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Jesus reminded us that one of the greatest mistakes we can make is to play it safe with our lives. He said, “If you try to keep your life for yourself, you’ll lose it.”
You probably remember the part in the third Indiana Jones movie where Indiana Jones came to the edge of a cliff. He was challenged to step out over the cliff even though he couldn't see a bridge beforehand. That's not a bad picture of genuine faith. Faith is stepping out and doing what God has asked you to do when you can't see what will happen in the end. You don't know exactly what God's going to do in the end, but you know he’s asking you to step out in faith.
i strongly believe that the healing power of love combined with the relevant tools and knowledge can make an immense positive difference in people's lives and ensure movement toward spiritual , physical, mental and emotional well-being.As only vision is to preserver the sacredness of the lives, something that God himself arranged in our DNA's.
