A Habit.
They say it takes 66 days to create a habit and only 3 weeks to break one so, if that, then it is a challenge . Today am writing because i want to challenge myself and those who are reading my blog, about exercise. Many of us want to be fit.Good news is that there are no short cuts. You want to adapt a healthy life style but with busy work , hectic routine we fail to keep that.
What make a habit . What is habit?
Habit is a combination knowledge , want and skill .
I got up today at 6 am , such a beautiful morning, lite cool breeze, I put on my running shoe, plugged the head phones in my ear and went to a park in front of my house. And i started to jog.
Inspiration comes through watching somebody doing and loving what they love to do , the same thing over and over without a fail, i get inspired by watching people , my husband is a pro runner he do it with out a fail, and simply watching him i got inspire to believe in being fit and living a health life.
So if you still siting on your chair its time to get up and do something, i am inspired to live a healthy way. I will be writing more this week on developing good habit, understanding the deeper value of good habits , to understand it better and to live a purpose filled life on earth.
Jogging is my new habit and am loving it .
